Abigail Sleeps
It's official, Abby has been sleeping through the night for over a week. Through the night means that she is only waking up one time through the night. She goes to bed between 8pm - 9pm most nights, wakes up for 15 minutes (just enough time to eat) between 2am - 3am, and then wakes up for the day between 6am and 7am. Both Jason and I are very happy with this schedule!!!
I've been trying to catch one of Abby's precious smiles on camera and I still haven't captured one, but I did take a few cute pictures in the process:

Work with Dad
Thursday Abby and I went to Jason's work to say "hello". Abby cried a little so that everyone would know that she is there and then we visited with his co-workers for a while.

Chloe and Charlie
Last weekend we spent the night with Jason's family. We had a great time hanging out with the whole family (Mel, Randy, Megan, Chase, Debbie, David, Becky, and Aubrey).
On Sunday, we went to church with Abby for the first time. She got hungry during worship, so I fed her in the common room and then Alemla offered to watch her in the nusery. Abby had a great time!!
After church, we went to Kate and Rex's new house to meet Chloe, see Charlie since he has gotten so big, check out the new house, and visit. It was so good to catch up with Kate again and her children are just beautiful!! We also loved the house! Here is a pic of Chloe and one of Kate with Charlie:

Doctor's Visit - Two Months
Abby is two months old now. We went to the doctor on Friday and my little angel had to get 5 shots in her legs. It was so sad... it was the first time I had really seen her in pain.
After talking to the doctor, we determined that Abby has a little reflux and so he said we should slightly elevate the mattress in her crib so that she doesn't have any problems at night. To do that I ordered a special wedge for the crib... hopefully it will help. Abby even showed us her reflux at the appointment. The doctor had put her on her tummy to see her neck progress. What he didn't know was that she had just eaten. So, as soon as he left the room, Abby projectile vomited all over her momma. Luckily, Kristin had come with us so that she could watch Abby while I cleaned up. Yuck!!
Abby's two month stats are below:
Height: 23 1/4 inches (75 percentile)
Weight: 10 pounds and 2 ounces (50 percentile)
Head Circumference: 15 inches (50 percentile)

Bumbo
Abby is now sitting up in her Bumbo chair. She isn't strong enough to sit for long periods of time yet, but we will continue to practice on it.

Olympic Opening Weekend
The Chinese opening ceremony was awesome!!!!
Another great thing: Abby is smiling!! She isn't smiling all of the time yet, so I haven't captured a cute smily picture yet... but there are these sweet moments when she looks up at you and gives you a huge smile! I'm loving it!

Abby had her first sleep over at Nonna and Poppa's house on Saturday night so that Kim and Jason could first host Kristin's Shower and then go to Rochelle's birthday party. She had a lot of fun while she was there and was very good for her grandparents.

We had a girls shower for Kristin and Edwin at our house on Saturday and we had a ton of fun playing games, eating, and opening gifts. Here are a few pictures and a video of the event (there are more in a new album on my Shutterfly page):
One of the games at Kristin's shower was for her to taste different types of baby food and let us know what it is. Here is a video of some of the game:
For Rochelle's birthday, a few friends went to Rochelle and Jimmy's house and partied all night (sleep over for us that night also). We had so much fun and felt a lot younger than we have since Abby was born. Although we also missed Abby at the same time. Pictures of the night:
