Abby has been working up to this for a while. She has been pulling herself up on the otomans and she has been standing at her little play table. It is crazy, because it seems like just yesterday I was worried about her being on her stomach in her crib. Now she sleeps on her tummy every night with a blanket in the crib (which for so long was off limits).
Other things that have happened in the last two weeks:
- Abby went to a dermotologist for an itchy rash that she had. The 4 different lotions that the doctor prescribed worked wonders and her skin has been completely clear for about 3 days now (the longest it has been clear since she was born). Yeah!!
- Abby eats Cheerios.
- She has graduated to eating some level 3 baby food (it has little chunks of pasta or veggies in it that require chewing). She isn't so sure about it yet...
- Abby's second tooth is visible just under the gum line and should be making its way out very soon.
- She is mostly wearing 6-9 month clothes now... although her 3-6 months pants still fit her the best around the waist. Sometimes the 6-9 month pants will fall down around her knees while she is crawling.
- We have been trying to get outside as much as possible now that the weather is nice
